أكدت مصادر محلية لكوردستريت، استمرار الانفلات الأمني في مدينة درعا ، مشيرة إلى أن مسلحين مجهولين استهدفوا بالرصاص 3 مواطنين في المليحة الغربية شرقي المدينة، ما أدى إلى مقتل شخص وإصابة البقية بجروح متفاوتة، تم نقلهم إلى مستشفى إزرع.
وأضافت هذه المصادر ، أن الانفلات الأمني ،يأتي بالرغم من سحب السلاح من أيدي أبناء المحافظة بعد إخضاعهم لاتفاق التسوية الأخير.
وكشفت بعض الإحصائيات ، أن أعداد الهجمات ومحاولات الاغتيال في درعا والجنوب السوري بأشكال وأساليب عدة عبر تفجير عبوات وألغام وآليات مفخخة وإطلاق نار نفذتها خلايا مسلحة وصلت خلال الفترة الممتدة من يونيو/حزيران 2019 حتى يومنا هذا إلى 1299 هجمة واغتيال، فيما وصل عدد الذين قتلوا إثر تلك المحاولات خلال الفترة ذاتها إلى948.
